Seems like yesterday the journey was embarked upon
But like all good things come to an end so does this one.
Fellow travellers now part ways!
The lessons learnt along the way like milestones seem;
testament to the journey so far.
But the roads traversed are different now;
do their paths meet on another crossroad!
Are their destinies entwined
The roles played just confined to that moment in the past?
Will time heal those wounds the journey has left behind
Or will these blisters eternally fester
The vengeance the heart bears will be seen no more
Cause the journey has not been a pleasant one
Not an iota of mercy have these mortals seen!
Within the fiery furnace will this dead-ore be
Melting brilliantly for the world to see!
Cast into the shape the Smelter desires
The metal finally adorns these Hadal fires!
